Well I do agree that promoting lust and making it mainstream is a disgusting and sinful act. But
the problem we have is the people who are trying to quit, cannot manage to quit. There is a wall
holding them back from an “effortless elimination of porn”. And that is the modern day addiction
ideology and the mainstream NoFap advice.
If we take a quick look at any NoFap videos or forum, you will always find people relapsing.
They want to quit so bad, yet they end up falling into their urges when it gets “too strong”. And
that’s where the subconscious alternation comes in, this will allow to
1. Find your root cause from day 1
2. Eliminate the root cause
3. Make the free choice to watch porn or not
That root cause is the desire for porn, but hold on, this does not mean that the solution is to
simply tell yourself that “you don’t desire porn”
These are affirmations that you are telling without any proof of why that is, or in most cases
shallow proofs backed by motivation.
So instead we need to look at what is creating the desire to watch porn or masturbate.
So make sure to concentrate, because after reading this, porn and masturbation will truly
become something of the past (if you want to)

“Addiction experts” and scientists constantly look at substances (drugs, alcohol, porn…) as
addictions.
But to break the ice, I would like to ask a very simple question which you can reflect on the
answer for a few moments
If I tell you that I’m going to give you 100 million dollars if you stop watching porn for the rest of
your life. Would you be able to do it?
What’s your answer?
Yes or no?
Most have responded yes
But let’s look at what is an addict
An addict can be described from the mainstream
An addict is
- Suffering from a chronic disease
- The brain chemistry changed so he lacks control
- Has impulses that goes against his own will
- Relapses even if he truly doesn’t want to
So in the example of taking the 100 million dollars, how come someone becomes able out of
nowhere to just stop
Did he change his whole brain overnight? And now his brain is healed from all the damage?
No, which shows the illogical conclusion that porn is not an addiction
It is an habit
But guess what? Habits can easily be broken (well talk about that soon)
But addiction is simply a strong devotion, meaning something you want to do
And these addiction experts and the NoFap space acts in our lives as a cult
They have certain beliefs that the cult members believes in
Whilst the addiction experts and the NoFap space a certain beliefs that people believe in
such as
1. Porn feels so good, it gives that dopamine hit
2. It relieves stress
3. It soothes the pain
4. It helps with sexual needs when you don’t have a girlfriend
5. It’s addictive because it’s like you are reproducing
These creates a stronger desire for porn, believe it or not. It makes porn look more appealing,
because these beliefs are benefits and benefits are the sole reason why we desire
porn/masturbation in the first place
In most cases we never even done the research or know how does porn even relives sexual
needs in the first place, but we think they do
And that forms our beliefs, and beliefs makes our actions, and actions makes our results and
results makes our reality
Benefits vs Benefits
In life you will always make a decision in the thing you see the most benefits in
The NoFap space promotes this idea that you brain is “fried” so now it cannot act normally, but
your brain will always take rational decisions based upon your perspective on something
And what is important to know is that it won’t make a decision based on the “negatives” of
something
Because if the benefits are still there, you will always choose the thing with the most benefits no
matter the negatives
To give you an example, if we compare a house and an apartment
A house contains a lot of negatives
- Higher property taxes
- More mental and physical energy to manage
- It costs way more
- You need to get a loan
- You can’t just change your house
- And plenty more
Whilst an apartment has none of those things
- Less property taxes
- Less mental and physical energy to manage
- It costs less
- You don’t need a loan
- You can change your apartment for another place to live at anytime
- And plenty more
Yet most people would take the house
Which shows us that people are not dumb, they simply see more benefits in the house
- Feel more comfortable
- Feeling higher status
- Have a place to call “home”
- Can raise childrens
- More space for the family
- And plenty more
So you see, it’s the same exact thing with porn, you’ll make a rational decision based on that
And the most beautiful part about this is, you have a choice, just like you can choose to take an
apartment even though you like the house more
You can choose to not watch porn at anytime in your life
Never believe the lie that the NoFap space promotes, that you have “strong urges”
Simply do this quick and powerful exercice:
What are the benefits that you are getting out of porn/masturbation?
What are the benefits that you are getting out of not watching porn/masturbation?
What this is going to allow us to do is give clarity to our brain, but most importantly, it will allow
us to do step 2
Uncover the illusion behind the benefits of porn/masturbation
The Illusionary Emotional Reliefs
All the benefits you get out of porn usually comes from these main beliefs
- It relieves stress
- It relieves anxiety
- It relieves pain
- It relieves depression
- It relieves frustration
- It relieves my boredom
- It relieves my loneliness
- It satisfied my sexual needs
- It gives me a lot of pleasure/dopamine
- It is healthy
Let’s take the “relief part”
So if I am feeling stressed and because of that I want to watch porn
Now the thing is most people think that porn contains a “special chemical” like (dopamine) which
alters a certain part of the brain to make you feel relax and blocks the ability to feel stress in the
moment being
That’s the way most people view it unconsciously, which makes them see porn also
unconsciously as something of value
Because imagine you can take a substance with minimal effort that gets rid of your stress in
your body
Well, let’s see how it actually works
To give you an example, there was a guy who had a craving for heroin, because he was feeling
very stressed out
And he was at his mom’s house, his mom didn’t know that he was an heroin consumer
So he takes the heroin, feels good, relieves the stress, he is just laying on his mom’s couch,
relaxed…
But then his mom walks up on him, but in her hand she had…his bag of heroin and she started
screaming at him
The moment he saw her mom, what’s the first thing he felt? Stress…he even went on and lived
in his car for the next week, because he was so stress
But did you see that this guy “relieved stress”, felt so good, relaxed, but then he felt extremely
stressed, even though he was under the influence of a “stress removing drug”
We got to understand how does stress, anxiety, pain, depression, frustration, boredom and
loneliness are relieved
All of these are simply thoughts, when you meditate for example, you don’t feel them, why?
Because you are not thinking about them
The way that porn or masturbation relieves any of these is because you changed your focus
away from these “thoughts” to porn or masturbation
You simply stopped focusing on the stress, anxiety, pain, depression, frustration, boredom,
loneliness
And instead your focus was on the screen with the porn scene thinking about porn, or the
feeling you are getting out of masturbation
Just like a guy who goes fishing, relieves his stress, not because the “fishing rod” contains a
special chemical that removes stress or because there is “so much dopamine”
No he removes it simply because he is focused on fishing
But make no mistake, this doesn’t necessarily mean that you need to “replace” porn with
something else in order to cope
This is just to show that there is nothing special about porn, it is not a magical substance but
rather a small distraction
Pleasure/Dopamine
Is porn objectively pleasurable, does it give so much pleasure because of “the pixels” on the
screen and because “your brain thinks you are reproducing with so many women”
I want to you this, if porn is really inherently pleasurable, would you get dopamine from watching
“homosexual” porn?
Or watching an extremely weird genre of porn that you are disgusted about (just think about the
ones that watch these cartoons…)
Do you feel dopamine watching these?
Well some people feel a lot of dopamine watching these, whilst you feel none
And if you feel a lot of dopamine watching a certain genre, whilst someone else feels nothing
That’s simply because the pleasure is CREATED IN YOUR MIND
To prove this, if you were to watch porn mindfully without thinking about anything
You wouldn’t even feel anything, because it’s a SCREEN, it cannot anything to you, except if
you decide to
Just think about the times where you feel on top of the world, you are happy, feeling good, if
porn comes across your mind, you don’t think “if I do it right now it would feel so pleasurable”
You think “I don’t want to watch porn”
Which again, if porn was really that pleasurable then you would feel pleasure at anytime
Or simply if I force a random kid that doesn’t know anything about porn to watch porn, he is not
gonna feel “a dopamine hit”, he’s going to act based on the way “he perceives it to be”
If you go back to the first time you ever watched porn, it wasn’t really feel with pleasure
For me it was filled with curiosity, shock and stress
Not with a “dopamine hit”
We need to unlearn these “addiction ideologies” that are giving us a perspective on something
that is not true
And we accept it unconsciously because they are so called “experts” whilst if you look at the
recovery programs out there when it comes to drug and alcohol, their success rate is extremely
low
Another thing
“The reason why there is so much dopamine associated with porn is because it’s about sex,
about reproduction”
Well ask yourself this one question
Can you only watch the same porn video for the next 6 months
You will say no, which shows it’s not about sex
It’s about the benefits/desire you see in it
Sexual Needs
We need to understand again that our brain (which we fully control) makes rational decision
It knows that porn or masturbation is not about reproduction or sex
It knows that an “orgasm” doesn’t satisfy your sexual needs
Again you don’t feel the need to have an orgasm to satisfy your sexual needs when you are
busy
Because when you are busy you don’t have “these thoughts”
Meaning masturbation only gives an illusionary sense of relief
But that relief is only for your thoughts, to relieves those thoughts you have in your mind
Not the relief for “real sex and reproduction”
But rather to change again your focus from “sexual thoughts” to the feeling of orgasm (which
your brain knows that it’s not about sexual needs)
Just look at it from a third person perspective
Imagine someone looks over your window and sees you masturbating in order to relieve your
sexual needs
He would think “how does someone relieves his sexual needs by forcing an orgasm on himself
in his room alone with 0 emotions?”
But most importantly, we need to understand that when the body doesn’t have sex, naturally the
body will get a release through “wet dreams/nightfalls”
Which is the body’s natural way of releasing semen when the body is not having sex
Which shows that masturbation now has 0 purpose
Rather what happens when you don’t masturbate is that you don’t disrupt your natural way of
living
So what happens is you constantly have if you are healthy this “fire blood” where you are
constantly hungry to improve yourself so you can attract your partner
This is why some people will pull the trigger after a period of time and go approach a women
even though they might be very scared
It’s because there is that internal drive that comes from not disrupting the natural way that your
body works
Which allows the body to go into its natural state which is conquering and reproducing
You’ll realize once you truly eliminate masturbation that you are more prone to take risks and do
uncomfortable things because you are driven by your natural powerful drive to reproduce
Is it healthy/harmless?
Now the thing with porn and masturbation is that it doesn’t contain any benefits, it’s only benefits you
create in your mind which manifest because you believe in them
So masturbation being healthy because science says that “it releases stress, it relaxes your body” again I
want you to simply think
If a kid is feeling very stressed out and you force him to masturbate, do you really think it’s going to
relieve his stress, tension and relax him?
Or will it be more neutral, meaning he will feel shocked and disgusted by it and get 0 benefits like “stress
relief or relaxation”
Again we need to truly see through these illusions
The porn sites have budget, them influencing the scientific industry wouldn’t be a dumb move in order to
prove that their “product” can be “beneficial” to the consumer
If you think it helps prevent prostate cancer, well read this study that proves that there is 0 correlation

A lot of people accept this image as scientific truth
Does the brain actually change? Yes of course, repetitive habits or skills always change the
brain
In most cases people repeat porn more than they do heroin
But this “brain changing process” happens for both porn and any habits
A guy that drives the taxi in London everyday trying to memorize the streets name, changes the
composition of his brain to the same extent that porn does
But it doesn’t affect the fact that you will still be proned to watch porn or not, in fact no studies
have proved that

So yes the brain changes naturally, especially if you have been doing it for years, multiple times
a day
But the good news is that the brain first of all goes back to normal within a few weeks/months
Second you are not “robbed” of your ability to enjoy pleasure, the body actually adapts (see
caged lion concept under)
But most importantly it doesn’t rob your ability to have a choice over consuming porn or not
In reality what influences your choice is simply the way you perceive the substance at hand
The Caged Lion
In nature we can see this interesting process happen with lions that lived in a cage for months
or years
When a lion is caged for a long period of time, but they decide to make him go back to the
jungle
At first they will open up that cage for him to be set free and go run in the jungle
The lion will stay in the cage for multiple hours, if not days just looking outside, feeling a bit
scared
And then he will eventually go out of that cage, and simply roam around the cage, still scared to
go into the jungle
And after a few hours, if not days, he goes in the jungle
And after a short period of time he is hunting, mating, living with other lions
What does this show us
It’s for us that are both scared of leaving the cage
That your body has a natural drive to adapt to every single situation on this planet
The cage for us represents the “recovery cage” and the “porn cage” which are both cages that
we need to leave in order to quit this forever
Yes the advice from a “coach” or “videos” we need to let go of them because our body internally
has all the tools that we need in order to adapt to the natural way of living
That natural way of living, which is not watching porn or masturbating, you don’t need anything
else, or tools or a blueprint, you simply have all the tools to adjust and adapt
So yes you’ll be in the cage of “recovery” in the beginning, but you’ll leave it fast so you can go
live in the jungle and live life how it’s meant to be
