VERY MERRY COCKTAILS
Boozy Hot Chocolate
Rum/Brandy – 45ml
Melted Compound Chocolate – 60ml
Hot Milk – 200ml
Garnish: Mini Marshmallows (Optional)
Method: Build
Rudolf’s Nose
Gin – 45
Limoncello – 15ml
Acid Mix – 10ml
Berry powder – 1 bsp
Sugar Syrup – 15ml
Garnish: Molecular Foam & Glitter petals
Method: Shaken
Trick Nog
Bourbon – 45ml
Cherry Brandy – 10ml
Orange Juice – 15ml
Heavy Cream – 15ml
Cinnamon Syrup – 10ml
1 whole Egg
Garnish: Cinnamon stick & Nutmeg dust
Method: Shaken
Mulled Wine
1 (750 ml) bottle of dry red wine
60ml brandy (or orange liqueur)
1 orange, sliced into rounds (also peeled, if you would like a less-bitter drink)
8 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
30ml to 60ml sugar, honey, or maple syrup to taste (or your desired sweetener)
optional garnishes: citrus slices (orange, lemon and/or lime), extra cinnamon sticks, extra star anise
Method: Cook all ingredients on medium heat until barely simmers then reduce to low heat and
simmer for 15min, stir occasionally.
SNOW FALL MOCKTAILS
Hot Chocolate
Melted Compound Chocolate – 60ml
Hot Milk – 200ml
Garnish: Mini Marshmallows (Optional)
Method: Boiled
Jack Frost
Blue Curacao – 5ml
Pineapple Juice – 90ml
Heavy Cream – 60ml
Vanilla Syrup – 15ml
Garnish: Maple tuile, 15ml heavy cream dry shaken with foamer for float.
Method: Blended
Naughty Elves
Jamun juice – 750ml
Orange slices – 1 whole orange
Cloves – 8 pods
Cinnamon – 2 sticks
Star Anise – 2 pods
Honey Syrup – 30-60ml
Garnishes: citrus slices (orange, lemon and/or lime), extra cinnamon sticks, extra star anise
Method: Cook all ingredients on medium heat until barely simmers then reduce to low heat and
simmer for 15min, stir occasionally.
Strain and serve
Blitz ‘N’ Fizz
Apple juice – 60ml
Cranberry juice – 60ml
Lime juice – 20ml
Soda – Top-up
Garnish: Rosemary sprig
