1. Customer analysis:
A. Describe current alternatives (3 or more) to your product or service that customers use (direct
or indirect competitors). What are some issues customers have with current alternatives? Show
evidence via research (reviews, blogs, informal interviews, etc.)
B. What does your product or serviced does that the current alternatives do not do?
C. Revisit chapter 5 of your text and look at the section Selecting Target Segments. Using the
criteria presented in the text, explain why you are selecting your target segment and use research
to support it.

B. Include three or more industry facts related to your idea (with citations).
