Terms and conditions:
Within Account no. kcf5-0071/0000395, Loan Amnt 5,000.00 mode of payment weekly of the month
starting Nov. 26, 2022–Jan 14, 2023. The borrower promises to pay the lender weekly of the month terms,
amount Seven Hundred Fifty pesos only. The Philippine currency (P750.00) and interest within 8 Weeks
payment.
This agreement may be signed below by more than one person. Each of the undersigned
understands that they are each as individuals responsible and jointly and severely liable for paying back
the full amount. If the borrower is unable to pay the said amount, the co-maker will be liable to pay.
