Preamble.
Hex Kit may be used in accordance with permissions granted below. It
may not be used to create commercial works outside of the limited exceptions provided
below. Any work not the intellectual property of the user may not be used to create
commercial works. Hex Kit may not be modified.
Definitions.
User: The owner of this license.
Commercial Works: Any work created or used for a commercial purpose.
Commercial Purpose: Having the intention to generate income in any way, directly or
indirectly.
Basic Permissions. All rights granted under this license are irrevocable provided the
stated conditions are met. This license explicitly affirms the user’s unlimited permission
to run the unmodified program. Any person or entity other than the user may not use this
program. The output from Hex Kit is only covered by this license if it contains artwork
or other intellectual property not owned by the user. Output from Hex Kit not
constituting or containing protected artwork or intellectual property is the sole property of
the creator, and may be used for any lawful purpose. This license acknowledges the
user’s rights of fair use or other equivalent, as provided by copyright law.
Termination. The user may not propagate, modify, or transfer HexKit or this license.
Any attempt otherwise to propagate, modify, or transfer it is void, and will automatically
terminate the user’s rights under this license. Any violation of the license will terminate
the user’s rights under it.
Disclaimer of Warranty. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, THE
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS OR OTHER PARTIES HAVING AN INTEREST PROVIDE
THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF
THE PROGRAM IS WITH THE USER.
Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR
ANY OTHER PARTY, BE LIABLE TO THE USER FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING
ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM.
Indemnification.
The user agrees to indemnify any person or entity that becomes
liable under criminal or civil law as a result of any illegal, or non-permitted, use of Hex
Kit by the user.
