In my view, I don’t accept that such private information can be viewed by someone and reachable to many more, and the possible reality that it could be utilized for anonymous and insupportable destinations by anyone capable. B: Google can leverage user data for future projects and services by using machine learning algorithms to analyze trends, interests, and behaviors. This information can be used to create personalized recommendations, improve search algorithms, and improve targeted advertising. In addition, data insights can be used to drive the development of new services or features that are customized to user needs, resulting in a more personalized and effective user experience across various google services. To maintain user confidence, google must prioritize user privacy and adhere to ethical data use principles. Google could also explore services such as personalized content suggestions, more precise location-based services, enhanced virtual assistants with enhanced contextual awareness, or even novel health and wellness applications by analyzing user behaviors and patterns. The trick is to responsibly use the data to provide value to users while still respecting privacy concerns and following ethical principles. 2 Question 3 : The accuracy in these photos are concerning. Even though the photo is somehow blurry. You can see apartments, people walking down the street and a verity of cars. The quality of this photo is disturbing, as it shows the features of the place and the features of the people in the place almost clearly. The image shows a 360-degree view of the area from all directions. It provides a street-level perspective with a high, clear focus. This made it possible for people to locate the exact location of their visit. 3 this footage provides a transparent person’s perspective of what this popular building looks like on the inside so they can navigate through the location to understand it better. However, due to street-view having such detailed pictures and showing footage of public spaces, it can sometimes expose restricted information about the surroundings, which can cause concerns. A: Both to be honest. It amazes me how much the technology has improved so much over the years. Now with street views you can see proper images of the desired location. In case you wished to see the picture of a certain store but don’t know where exactly it’s located, you can now easily open the street view and guide yourself through. Looking at the dark side of this technology and what google has done to their users by violating their privacy rights and using these images without their permission is not okay at all. B: 1- The clear license plates in these pictures can be used in someone’s disadvantage. For example, any person can easily track down the owner of the vehicle and track down their whereabouts. 2- Because it makes it easy to intrude into the privacy of places. Even public places have some privacy, such as employee offices, for example, or warehouses, and this feature makes it very easy to intrude on them and see everything in them almost clearly. 3- It allows for virtual exploration, but privacy concerns may arise as the accuracy of street views becomes more apparent, which presents challenges and the possibility of data misuse. Private information is often obtained inadvertently. It is important to find a balance between technological advancement and ethical considerations. 4- I am against street view publishing revealing personal details in their footage, such as showing people’s faces and activities, car plate info, close capture of house surroundings, and many more, especially in places where religion, law, and tradition have different privacy systems than in other countries, which are valued and essential. Google should respect that and take it into account. 4
