This course reintroduces the fundamental movement patterns that consist of nonlocomotor and locomotor skills, which are integrated with core training to meet the

Class Policies:
1. Attendance and Punctuality
 Refer to Revised Student Handbook approved per MSC BOT Resolution No. 45 s., 2019 under Student Norms of Conduct, Article 2, Sections 1-3.
2. Dress Code
 Proper uniform as provided by the Student Handbook. P.E. uniform must be worn during P.E. classes only. Wednesday is declared as free day. However,
students are required to adhere to the prescribed attire.
3. Submission of Requirements
 Subject requirements must be submitted on the agreed deadline set by the teacher only during the class period. Remarks on the late submission of requirements
shall be at the discretion of the faculty.
4. On Examination
 Students must take major examination on the scheduled dates. Consideration will only be given in the following situations:
a. If absent because of sickness, student must present a Medical Certificate;
b. Hospitalization or death of immediate family;
c. Official travel of students;
 Anyone caught cheating during examinations will be given a failing mark in the subject.
5. On the Use of Cellphone and Similar Gadgets
Cellphone and similar gadgets should be turned off or switched to silent mode during class lessons.
