MARKETING EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and implementing communication campaigns using appropriate media in order to attract enquiries
from prospective students and agents (advertising, direct mailings, newsletters etc)
Developing a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor
research etc)
Developing all promotional material (print & online) using internal resources and external agencies to provide
accurate and reliable information to all interested parties
Facilitating strategic decision making for marketing & management purposes
Developing and maintaining a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate customer
relationship management & direct mailing to recruit prospective students
Representing UESB at relevant conferences and events and visits to overseas agents and clients to promote our
courses and recruit students
Assisting in managing the marketing & promotions budget in order to meet the student enrolment targets in the
most cost effective manner
Preparing an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management
Undertaking any ad-hoc assignments and duties as may be directed from time to time
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Marketing or professional qualifications with at least five (5) years related working experience
Knowledgeable in Social Media Management, Creative Content and Digital Marketing
Good Presentation and Interpersonal skills
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Highly committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to manage multiple task and meet concurrent deadlines
Prioritize the urgency of work
Fluent in (both spoken and written) English and Bahasa Melayu
Possess a valid driving license (Class D) recognized by the Road Transport Department Malaysia
Positive attitude, good in time management, productive with strong interpersonal skills and attention to details

ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE FOR PROCEL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contributing to the development, planning and implementation of the core business of ProCEL and
Professional and Executive Programme
Developing growth strategies and plans by following industry trends locally and internationally
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting in maintaining short and long-term
business development plans
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
Coordinating official events and programmes from inception to close
Coordinating the delivery of quality administrative operations
Maintaining efficient department documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
Reviewing contracts with strategic partners and collaborators
Preparing professional and quality department reports, minutes of meeting and informative presentations as
required

ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE BASED AT UNIMAS GLOBAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing administrative support in document preparation for international student visa application
Assisting with student’s passport and their dependent passport submission and collection at Immigration
Department
Accompanying international students & dependents for official matters regarding visa applications at the
Immigration Office
Facilitating and processing international student group insurance matters
Responsible for coordinating, planning, implementing, and monitoring the Administrative Unit's core
functions in order to strengthen and improve the administrative governance system's effectiveness
Assisting the Administrative Manager in running the Administrative Unit in accordance with management
instructions
Assisting managers with the organization's official events, such as meetings and workshops/courses
Assisting in monitoring international student’s status and provide reporting
Performing other duties as assigned by the superiors as the situation dictates from time to time
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Administration or professional qualifications with at least two (2) years of related working
experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet concurrent deadlines
Highly committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Proficient in Ms. Office in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
