MARKETING EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing and implementing communication campaigns using appropriate media in order to attract enquiries from prospective students and agents (advertising, direct mailings, newsletters etc) Developing a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research etc) Developing all promotional material (print & online) using internal resources and external agencies to provide accurate and reliable information to all interested parties Facilitating strategic decision making for marketing & management purposes Developing and maintaining a database of student, academic and agent contacts to facilitate customer relationship management & direct mailing to recruit prospective students Representing UESB at relevant conferences and events and visits to overseas agents and clients to promote our courses and recruit students Assisting in managing the marketing & promotions budget in order to meet the student enrolment targets in the most cost effective manner Preparing an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management Undertaking any ad-hoc assignments and duties as may be directed from time to time KEY REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Marketing or professional qualifications with at least five (5) years related working experience Knowledgeable in Social Media Management, Creative Content and Digital Marketing Good Presentation and Interpersonal skills Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Highly committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision Ability to manage multiple task and meet concurrent deadlines Prioritize the urgency of work Fluent in (both spoken and written) English and Bahasa Melayu Possess a valid driving license (Class D) recognized by the Road Transport Department Malaysia Positive attitude, good in time management, productive with strong interpersonal skills and attention to details LIKE FOLLOW SHARE www.business.unimas.my ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE FOR PROCEL RESPONSIBILITIES: Contributing to the development, planning and implementation of the core business of ProCEL and Professional and Executive Programme Developing growth strategies and plans by following industry trends locally and internationally Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
