You'll be responsible for the following: A. Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas) a. Drives strategy, business direction and overall P&L management for the Offline Payments Business b. Manages ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business c. Supports and acts as alternate for the other members of the team in the use case d. Champions creation and maintenance of product reference materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboard / reports and other supplementary product materials (eg. sales kits, product training videos, etc.) Commercial e. Works heavily with various groups for joint business-building efforts f. Operates as the lead point of contact for internal stakeholders of the Offline Payments Business g. Collaborates with the Customer team to drive Go-to-market programs and communication strategies for growing the Offline Payments Business key metrics h. Responsible and/or oversees onboarding and integration of new partners Tech-Dev/Ops i. j. k. Supports Offline Payments partner acquisition and retention by: addressing product inquiries, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions for Offline Payments providers, and improving end-to-end partner customer experience. Champions enhancements to product offerings, aligning business objectives with the product development roadmap Works with cross-functional teams to enable customer-facing units to understand new product/process enhancements, marketing promotions, and other offline payment initiatives We're looking for: ● Strong background in product or marketing ● Preferably has experience in any of the ff industries: fintech, banking, eCommerce, FMCG ● Preferably with minimum 10 years working experience ● Driven and self-managed ● Highly skilled in data analysis ● Highly organized and high attention to detail ● Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, specifically Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge in SQL a plus ● Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
