insights to improve company decisions.

Business analytics is used to improve operational efficiency through their
daily activities (Lee et al., 2020).

It also assists business organizations to understand customers more
precisely.

This presentation will explain the reasons for company to implement
business analytics.

It select three departments that would benefit from business intelligence.

It also explains how artificial intelligence can be used to enhance
decision-making in the business organization.

company that focuses on e-commerce, cloudcomputing and online advertising.
 It
was founded on July 5,1994 and is headquartered in
Bellevue, WA.

create reports based on business requirements.

Enhance Customer Experience: Due to variety of options
available, customers are spoiled for choice. To ensure businesses
can retain their customer base, they turn to analytics. For
instance, Amazon can analyze a customer interaction on their
website and past purchasing habits.

Reduce Employees Turnover: Every year, companies are
required to bear an extensive cost due to employee onboarding
and attrition. HR professionals use analytics tools to examine the
likelihood of an employee aligning with business culture.

Cut Manufacturing Cost: Business analytics helps companies
in reducing manufacturing cost and making most of investment.
