Dear Mr. Mueller
We have noted the measures that your son Matthew has taken, with regard to leaving the school premises without any
communication or notice with his teachers, coach, the school's head boy and the principal. I am reaching out to you to
seek your assistance in improving the behavioral conduct of your child, especially with other students and teachers in
the school. This event took place on the 6th of April. We were informed by our teacher that this is very unfamiliar for
him to do something like this. His marks and academics have been doing so great and he hardly even skips days from
school in that matter. We viewed the CCTV cameras of the school to see how he had left our premises.
I feel sorry for him on this matter as we have failed to stop him from leaving the school premises in the first place.
And therefore, I would like to seek your assistance to help him improve his conduct as he has been absent for more
than 5 days now. Please also note that he may need counselling from a child counsellor. If you require. I may suggest
to you the names of a couple of reputable counselors.
Therefore, it is now essential that we meet someday soon and discuss this in detail. You may make an appointment
with me as per your convenience. Please coordinate with my secretary on further information and steps for the date
and time of appointment.
