@kaylyn_fit presents My Weightloss BLUEPRINT Want to know how I went from 99kgs to 70kgs in 6 Months? DOWNLOAD FOR FREE TODAY *DISCLAIMER* I just want to clarify that this is my own personal experience that I will be disclosing in these documents. Anything that I have written in here should be taken lightly and followed up with a health professionals first if required. I am just simply explaining my journey and how I got the results I did. HOW I GOT MY Results TRAINING I trained 7 Days a week, everyday for 6 months which included 1x 30-45min Weighted Workout. I know for some people this may be unattainable due to work/life etc. but again this is how I got my results in a shorter amount of time. STEPS Steps was my second exercise of the day. I also did these 7 days a week with no rest days for 6 months. I set my goal at 6000 steps a day because I tried to do 10,000 steps but it just wasn’t realistic for myself at the time as a beginner. 6000 was the perfect in between. NUTRITION FASTING I was on the Keto Diet and also in a 1500 calorie deficit for the whole 6 Months. This worked for me because I had no self control when it came to food so by me cutting out carbs and sugar I was able to gain control back over my eating and now that I eat normally again (still in a deficit) I have self control and don’t binge eat. With the nutrition, I also did Intermittent Fasting. I ate from 12pm noon and would have my last meal before 8pm. Fasted for 16 hours (16.8). If I was ever feeling hungry before I could eat at 12pm (mainly around 10am), I would have an iced almond milk latte, drink water and chew sugarfree gum which would just hold me off in time to eat. WATER INTAKE I use to HATE drinking water with a passion. It was the last thing on my list that I would chose to drink but with the increase of physical activity water became super easy to drink and now I love it. I would have 3L of water a day. MENTAL HEALTH This is such an important thing to factor in when you are going through weight-loss. Your body is changing, you may have doubts some days but overcoming it and persevering is what will get you to where you want to be. How I managed this was by listening to educational/motivational podcast, positive self talk (hyping myself for goals I reached big or small), manifesting and gratitude for all, PROGRESS PICTURES I know this sounds scary especially when you may not feel so comfortable with taking pictures of yourself in a very vulnerable state but trust me when I say you’ll thank yourself for it. I 100% recommend taking progress pictures everyday like did. The scales can trick you into thinking that you haven’t made any progress when in reality you have. By comparing progress pictures of yourself along the way you’ll be able to see for yourself that you have indeed made progress. F*ck the scales. THANK YOU I hope this gave you all more of an insight on how I was able to reach my goals and to also show you that anything is possible if you put in hard work and dedication. Never give up on yourself because at the end of the day, you are the only one that can make these changes and push yourself to be closer to where you want to be. Love you all and sending positive vibes for the beautiful journey ahead. Kay xo
