Project Summary
Combo Snacks are popular amongst students who are looking for a quick, on-thego bite-sized snack while studying, commuting, or just passing time. The
Combolicious Snack Corner is a small shop selling snacks such as fries, shrimp
crackers, and beverages like juice and coconut juice.
The Combolicious snack corner considers itself a beginner in the fast-food industry
since its own purpose is to provide a snack that can satisfy customers. However, it
knows that there is a wide range of fast-food stalls, which is a potential
competition for its products ranging from fast food to beverages.
Two things that will make the shop stand out from all its competitors:
First, the Combolicious snack corner is within the Malaybalay City Senior High
School campus, which is visible and easy to access for customers who occupied
the school’s building and need not to go far from their classroom to experience a
high-quality and affordable snack. Secondly, the snack corner used eco-friendly
cups, clean and unique innovation, promotion of good and quality service to meet
the costumer’s expectations and satisfaction.
The Combolicious Snack Corner's strategy is to show the customer that it has
excellent, high-quality, affordable products with positive community benefit. To
execute this strategy, Combolicious Snack Corner will use high-quality, clean
ingredients coupled with competitive pricing, training in production, and good
customer service among staff. Then, through referrals, brochures, flyers at the
school campus, and promotion in social media, the customers will know the
location of our stall.
In doing so, Combolicious Snack Corner will:

feel welcome and comfortable.

The Combolicious Snack Corner's competitive edge is simple. It provides a highquality product at an affordable price in a convenient environment. All the staff at
Snack Corner are students who are approachable to customers and make them feel
welcome and comfortable throughout the whole order. Since Combolicious Snack
Corner is one of the shops on the Malaybalay City Senior High School campus, the
prices are set to be competitive and affordable.
Workshop Location and Facilities
The Combolicious Snack Corner will open its services to the public; the location
will be in the vicinity of the Malaybalay City Senior High School campus. It will be
open to students, teachers, faculty staff, and visitors to the school. The location is
favorable for the shop since the school caters to various school events and is bustling
with students, teachers, and faculty staff, which are the target audience for the
project.
