Identify the cause, it may seem foolish, but it is extremely important to know what is causing so much stress. Is it related to test and assignments at school? Is there anything going on at home? Identify the source of stress in your life. 2. Don't ignore the signs: your body sends signals when something affects it. Think about your day so far; had you felt frustrated or moody at some point before you start reading this text? This might be a symptom of stress. Learning to identify these signs will help you straight away. 3. Be active, you don't have to run for kilometers every day, but a good way to reduce stress is by exercising. A 30 - minute-walk can release serotonin and endorphins to cheer you up. 4. Take some time for you: think about what you did yesterday. Did you spend at least a bit of time doing something you like? When did you watch your favourite TV show for the last time? If your answer was "l don't know", please, start taking some time for yourself and doing things you enjoy. 5. Keep it positive: you arrived late for class and the teacher seemed mad. After that, you realised you hadn't done your homework. This day would never get better right? STOP RIGHT THERE! The more negatively you think, the more negative energy you will bring into your life. 6. Relax and enjoy life; no pain is forever. Everything is temporary.
