Instruction Manuals: Instruction manuals are essential for guiding users on how to use a

Studies
White Papers and Case Studies: White papers and case studies are often used to showcase
successful aspects of a company's business. They demonstrate how a product or service
led to a favorable outcome in a specific situation. White papers and case studies are
commonly used in business-to-business (B2B) writing to help potential customers decide
whether to purchase from a company. For instance, a white paper might outline how a
company's customer relationship management software helped clients increase customer
retention and lower marketing spend over time.
