Xyzal, or Levocetirizine, is an antihistamine used to
treat allergy symptoms, including sneezing, runny
or itchy nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of
the throat or nose..
Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic used to treat a
variety of bacterial infections, including
respiratory tract infections and skin infections.
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) It
is used to protect the stomach as the patient is
taking multiple medications.
Panadol, or Paracetamol, is a common pain
reliever and fever reducer. It is used for various
types of pain and fever.
Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic agent used to help
thin and loosen mucus in the airways. It is often
used to treat respiratory conditions such as
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
and cystic fibrosis.

5-Patient Counselling
XYZAL is an antihistamine used to treat allergies.
Take one 5mg tablet by mouth once a day.
It may cause drowsiness, so avoid activities
requiring mental alertness.

Pantozol
Moxive is an antibiotic for bacterial infections.
Take one 400mg tablet daily as prescribed by your doctor.
Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Do not take it with dairy products, antacids, or mineral
supplements.
Pantozol is used to reduce stomach acid.Take one 40mg tablet daily
before a meal. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew.
It may take a few days for full relief of symptoms.
Panadol is a pain reliever and fever reducer.Take 500mg (1
tablet) every 4-6 hours as needed for pain or fever.
 Do not exceed the recommended dose to prevent liver
damage.
 Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Panadol.

