2 Corinthians 4:11-12: death work in us, but life in you. If there are many people enjoying life, there are many who are dying. There’s something in someone that appreciates life, then they have a feeling I’d like to see life in others. Then you enter something totally different. Christianity is an opiate of the masses- Marx. But they only look at those enjoying life. You never see the bravery and the courage for those who have died and are dying. Christian life is the most challenging thing ever. The highest challenge of the human race. Jesus was alone. People couldn’t understand him couldn’t be with him. Even Peter John James couldn’t. He was alone. When death is working in you, Jesus is manifested in you. Death is like a sieve. You and Jesus go through death and only Jesus comes through. You feel like Jesus is real when you interact with them. “We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed;” 2 Corinthians 4:8-9 ESV
