Subject: Formal Request for Permission to Conduct Events in the College Hall.
Respected Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am Natasha Dsouza, serving as the President of the Stage
Crew Club under the Department of English at our college. The purpose of this letter is to
formally request your permission to organize events in the College Hall. We intend to
conduct events such as Solo Singing and Solo Dance which are a part of ‘Wilson's Got Talent’,
a departmental initiative of the Stage Crew Club.
We propose to host these events in the College Hall on the 7th of December 2023, commencing
at 10:00 am and concluding at 7:00 pm.
An estimate of the schedule for the mentioned events is attached below:
Solo singing (Sh Se Sangeet) 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm
Solo dancing (Step It Up) 03:30 pm to 5:30 pm
I would like to seek your approval to set up sofas and fans within the College Hall premises.
These amenities are intended to provide a comfortable environment for the judges we plan to
invite to assess the performances.
We assure you that all necessary precautions and measures will be taken to ensure the smooth
and orderly conduct of these events, with utmost respect for the College facilities.
I kindly request your favourable consideration of this request, and I am more than willing to
discuss any details or address any concerns you may have regarding our proposed event.
