At your option, lessons will be conducted online or in-person. Please indicate your preference in the trial lesson form. If you begin online and feel comfortable returning to in-person later in the semester, please give one week’s written notice to robertoseibonsu@gmail.com and I will make arrangements for you. ○ Lessons are held either in students’ homes or in the studio ○ Parents are encouraged to observe lessons periodically, especially with young kids, and provide feedback and suggestions for me that will increase the effectiveness of each lesson. NEW STUDENTS MAY JOIN AT ANY TIME! Please fill out this form to schedule your free trial lesson, or email me at robertoseibonsu@gmail.com. Once you complete the trial lesson, you will be able to register for the semester. Tuition will be prorated for students entering after the start of the semester. Please note: free trial lessons are not available to existing customers IMPORTANT DATES & LESSON SCHEDULING 🌺 Spring Semester: January 15 - June 18 2. 😎 Summer Lessons: June 19 - September 4 1. No lessons will be held on July 4 3. Fall Semester: September 6 - January 15 No lessons will be held on November 23-27 & December 19-January 1 4. Recitals will take place twice a year - December and May. Recitals are a wonderful opportunity to share your accomplishments with family and friends, and are required for all school age students. TUITION (effective 1/15/2023) Online (zoom) In-person 30 minutes - $60 30 minutes - $75 + (gas) 45 minutes - $80 45 minutes - $100 + (gas) 60 minutes - $100 60 minutes - $125 + (gas) Prices effective until i release my app Online lessons, require a tripod and lighting to ensure I can see students and critique posture and technique. Tuition is due in full at the beginning of each month. No lessons (including trials) will take place until payment has been received. Students can pay every semester or every month. Piano lesson tuition can be paid by cash, check or zelle. No lessons (including trials) will take place until payment has been received. ○ Annual registration fee - There is no registration fee ○ Monthly payments must be made a week before your next payment term begins (the last week of each month). The late fee is $20. 3. MAKE-UP LESSONS ○ All students registered for the complete semester are granted two make-up lessons per semester, provided that at least 24-hour notice is given in writing to robertoseibonsu@gmail.com. All lessons missed due to teacher absences or weather-related cancellations will be made up. ○ I will make my best efforts to provide make-up lessons for any excused absences within the term. If that is not possible, however, the make-up lessons will be scheduled at the end of the term or credited to your next invoice. ○ Tuition is non-refundable. 4. DISCONTINUING PIANO LESSONS ○ If you wish to discontinue your piano lessons either temporarily or permanently, please give a 30-day advance notice in writing. If terminated by the teacher, the tuition paid will be prorated based upon the cost of lessons, rehearsals, and administrative time provided. If lessons are terminated by the student with less than 30 days advance notice, the full amount of the tuition is due and payable for that period of 30 days.
