capable of producing morally upright, competent, and globally competitive human resources capable
to effectively undertake and implement sustainable development.

ASSCAT shall primarily provide higher professional, technical and special instructions for
special purposes and to promote research and extension services, advanced studies, and progressive
leadership in agriculture, education, forestry, fishery, engineering, arts and sciences, and other
relevant fields.

Internet Laboratory Objectives
1. Bridging the digital divide: One of the primary objectives of free internet is to provide
access to information and communication technologies to people who might not otherwise
be able to afford it. This helps to bridge the digital divide and promote equal opportunities
for all.
2. Promoting education: Free internet can be used to promote education by providing access
to online courses, educational resources, and other learning materials. This can help to
improve literacy rates and enhance educational outcomes.
3. Improving ICT services: Free internet can be used to improve ICT services by providing
students an access to information about government services and resources, as well as
enabling online transactions and other interactions with government agencies.
Overall, the objective of the Internet Laboratory is to promote access to information,

Internet Laboratory Management Objectives
1. Ensuring the quality of internet-related laboratory activities, one of the primary objectives of
internet laboratory management is to ensure the quality of the internet, which is highly
recommendable.
2. Ensuring availability and reliability of laboratory equipment and software: This involves
maintaining laboratory equipment and software to ensure that they are functioning properly, and
that they are available for use by laboratory users when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Laboratory Assistant
The laboratory custodian shall have the following duties and responsibilities as follows:
