LEARNING COMPETENCY: Display knowledge about preparation and cooking of food.
LEARNING TARGET:
At the end of the lesson, the students can:
a) Describe the different methods of cooking.
b) Articulate the difference between each of the methods of cooking.
c) Display knowledge about the importance of properly cooking of food.
A. PRAYER: Morning Prayer
B. INTRODUCTION: Present powerpoint presentation and videos showing the different methods of
cooking.
C. LESSON PROPER: Discuss the different cooking methods.
D. ASSESSMENT: The students will answer the following questions prepared by the teacher regarding the
topic. We will test their skills in listening if they understand the discussion.
E. ASSIGNMENT: Read in advance the different food preparation terms and techniques.
