Our product portable desk for laptop and other office and house work has high agronomic behavior. We
start our task by selecting material for our product who has good durability and has light weight then
come up with aluminum as a solution but after analyzing aluminum cost we were not at the position to
make our product of aluminum of its high cost. Also it was difficult to work with aluminum because it is
sensitive toward chemical and delicate welding and joining process are required. Because of
unavailability of good tolls and sufficient budget we make our product of plastic. Plastic is also good with
regard to weight but at the same time its durability decrease but the final cost is decreased. Molding
process for plastic is less expensive as compared to aluminum casting and sheet metal working.
