1.
A mixture of nitrogen- acetone vapour at 800 mm Hg and 25 OC has
percentage saturation 0f 80%. Calculate absolute humidity, partial pressure of
acetone and absolute molal humidity. Assume vapour pressure of acetone at
25 OC as 190 mm Hg.
2.
Partial pressure of water vapour in a mixture of air- water vapour at a total
pressure of 106.6kPa and a temperature of 60 OC is 13.3kPa. Express the
concentration of water vapour in absolute humidity, mole fraction, volume
fractionand relative humidity. Assume vapour pressure is 20.6 kPa at 60 OC.
3.
Air-water vapour mixture has a DBT of 55 OC with humidity of 0.048kmol
water vapour/kmol dry air and 1 standrad atmospheric pressure. Find the
absolute humidity, humid volume, humid heat and total enthalpy.
