Serotonin helps to improve our moods. So class if you feel sad or lazy you may soak under the morning light but always remember class you can only stay under the sun without protection before 10 o’clock in the morning and after 4o’clock in the afternoon. Immune system is the one who protects our body from harmful substances which make us sick.
