Kick Boxing
What it is?
Kick boxing is a stand-up sport that combines
the punches of boxing with the kicks of karate
and Muay Thai.
How you play this sport?
Fighters can score through punches or kicks,
striking above the waist and feet, executed
below the ankle. Punches, kicks and foot
sweeps are awarded 1 point. Kicks to the head
or jump kicks to the body are awarded 2 point.
How it benefits differents parts of
the body?
Tones all the muscles of the body, thanks to the
combination of upper trunk and lower trunk
exercises, you can tone your legs, arms and
abdomen, among others. This results in better
posture, and greater strength and stability of
our body.
