Dear Sir/Madam:
I, Omar E. Oliveros, 39 years old, Residing in Bulacao, Gubat, Sorsogon Philippines, with a Passport No.
P8248376B, am hereby respectfully forwarded the following details as additional information with
respect to my application for Temporary (Visitor) Visa with a tentative date from December 22, 2023, to
January 22, 2024.
1. Purpose of Visit. Visiting my wife, my sister-in-law Crestel Q. Escalante and her family is my
ultimate reason in going to Canada. My wife was granted a TRV last ____________. I am now in
Manila working as a company driver for almost 16 months from the time when I got home from
working abroad, I have always longed for my wife because we have always been apart ever since.
Also, my sister- in -law we had our last get together last year 2020 before they left to stay in
Canada. I miss them so much. Moreover, my short visit to this beautiful and heartwarming
country, Canada, also serves as our bonding this holiday season. I wanted to explore the admiring
places of Canada with my wife. Visiting and exploring Canada, I believe will help us a lot to get
back our sweetness together and hopefully to have a child since we don’t have any. I am
confident that it will be a great experience that contributes a lot to our emotional and mental state
because we are together and being with a family is the best moment to cherish. Moments with my
wife and family add to my happiness. Indeed, family is life for me.
2. Travel History. I already traveled outside the Philippines like Qatar and Saudi Arabia. In
travelling to this place outside my country, I obeyed their norms and regulations. I respectfully
followed the approved days of the validity of my visa. Therefore, I had no record of offenses like
staying in this place with expired visa and involvement in any misconduct related issue.
3. Financial Means. I have my personal money in my bank account in the Philippines amounting to
200,000.00 pesos. (Please see the attached document herewith.) In addition, my sister-in-law and
her husband are financially capable of supporting my expenses during my stay in the country.
4. Health and Vaccination Details
I am also in good health and have remained free from major health issues in my life. I have
received two COVID-19 vaccinations to date. These are:
Pfizer Vaccine (First Shot): Received on March 26, 2021
Pfizer Vaccine Vaccine (Second Shot): Receive on July 23, 2021
Pfizer Vaccine Vaccine (Booster) January 21, 2022
I have attached my vaccination certificate with my temporary visa application.
5. Timely Return from Canada. I guarantee that my stay in Canada will only be on the approved
days. Before my visa expires, I need to return to my beloved country, Philippines, as I have my
permanent work in this country, and properties to attend to. I consider these as my assets. I have
been working as a company driver for 16 months after I went home from abroad. I have also
informed my employer that I will be returning to work by January 22, 2024. I am married to Ruby
Q. Oliveros and he is also working in the Philippines. For ten years we have been together, we
have abled to acquire properties. We have house and lot (which is awaiting title), and a car. I will
never let these assets of mine be lost.
I would appreciate your support in issuing a temporary visitor visa before my intended travel date
so that I may arrive in time. You can reach me at +639358318565or omaroliveros33@gmail.com
if you need me to submit additional information or documents for my application.
Thank you and God bless.
Very truly yours,
OMAR E. OLIVEROS
