March 03, 2023 INTRODUCTIONS During the past few years, while living in the new normal set-up, we cannot deny that we have been relying on technology and social media platforms to ease our way of coping up. In fact, it has replaced traditional modes of communication and task completion. While the Covid19 is still prevalent in our environment, running errands and performing on-site work remains difficult. While face-to-face classes have already been implemented all across the country, it is still a challenge for us Filipinos to ensure our safety with a large number of people enclosing us in enrollments, and school orientations. Considering the present state of students, teachers, and school staffs, it is undeniable that there are more things to change about our current setup. One crucial tool that a school can offer is a web-service. Web-Service is an interactive program that enables communication, information gathering, data provision, and resource request without requiring the disclosure of private data to identify the insights offered. Personal information is only required upon enrollment to function as contact details. Our initiative aims to decrease the drawbacks of the conventional enrollment process as well as the lack of knowledge and engagement on the curriculum. The school website is a tool that will aid in creating opportunities for the institution. This research aims to generate great innovation in the field of Education by building a curriculum-based web-service that contributes knowledge such as accomplishments, insights, regulations, admissions, and aspiring events to the population. Furthermore, this will guide a variety of people, including students, teachers, employees, parents, and much more. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY Due to the pandemic, we learned a lot, primarily online, making the internet a great tool overall but especially in the field of education. But among the innovations that have been made for students and parents all over the Philippines, aside from classes and useful webinars, online enrollment is one of the most beneficial ones. Every academic year, enrollment plays an important role in ensuring students' access to a high-quality education. Prior to the new norm, enrollments were conducted physically within the school. When the waiting time is extended and crowds of people form, the enrollment process of an educational institution becomes extremely complicated. The most effective way to address this issue is to use technological tools. (Chamilco et al., 2021) For students who are fortunate enough to live in the area, attending orientation and onsite enrollments is not a problem. In other cases, people relocate and frequently look for a great school that is easily accessible to them. But with this project, we are gradually moving toward a solution to this issue. This website service seeks to make online enrolling considerably more convenient. This project will create a more efficient and faster system for storing information. A lack of organization in a student's profile will make it difficult to retrieve information and track the learners' performance. Enrollees, transferees, and freshmen will have a more convenient way of processing their admission information this way. This initiative will also help streamline the enrollment process and organize applicant information much better. To keep everyone informed about the school and to advertise the school by showcasing the high caliber of instruction we support at Olongapo City National High School, this web service also offers information about the school, including teacher profiles, school maps, photographs of some special facilities, school achievements, and school calendars. The objective of this study is to utilize modern technology and social media platforms to provide a more convenient enrollment for learners, and to promote the good education system provided here in Olongapo City National High School without on-site visitation. The researchers aim to find an efficient yet accessible way to advertise advanced enrollment and encourage students from outside the institution to enroll in our skilled curriculum.
