Answer: The qualities that I posses as an entrepreneurship student are: 1. Dedication- Working hard indicates that you want to generate high-quality outcomes for your firm. When you are committed to your career, your personal ambitions coincide with those of the firm. You have techniques in place to keep motivated during the workday while aiming to complete all of your chores on time. 2. Self-Discipline- The capacity to resist temptations, keep attention, and see initiatives through to completion is referred to as self-discipline. It is defined by a leader's perseverance and resolve in devoting their full attention to a task until it is effectively completed. Leaders with a strong sense of self-discipline are not readily sidetracked. 3. Risk-taking- The act of taking risks is at the heart of entrepreneurship. Even as a student, learning to take chances will assist you in becoming the entrepreneur you've always wanted to be. You saw your classmate who was inside the faculty room alone using your teacher’s computer. Your teacher never allows anyone to be in the faculty room unattended. Your classmate looked up, saw you and knew you saw him. A few days later, it was found out that confidential files have been lost and everyone is being questioned. Should you reveal what you saw? Which is a better example of integrity: being honest or being loyal to a friend? Answer: I would tell everyone what I observed, even if that person was a friend. A friend will never accept his or her friend's poor behavior. Because being loyal to a friend means being honest, I believe it is preferable to be honest rather than loyal. A friendship cannot survive without honesty. It is one of the most valuable assets in every relationship since it acts as the glue that ties us all together. Being truthful with your friends is essential for developing long-lasting connections. Furthermore, it preserves good friendships, which will motivate you to succeed in life. Furthermore, it communicates your worth to them. They will not only be there for you when things are going well; they will also be there for you when things are going badly. 2. A sales staff is having difficulty assisting a foreign customer because he cannot speak English fluently. It was seen by the manager. What should the manager do? Answer: The manager should intervene and help the staff member who is struggling to assist a foreign client. He must be available to the staff in order for them to feel confident. He can reassure the employees that he will be there to assist if there is any miscommunication or confusion. 3. All finance staff have a meeting with suppliers at 9:00 in the morning. Because of an accident on the road, it causes traffic and it is the reason why you came late. If you were the staff, what competency of entrepreneur you should have in order to conquer the scenario? ZEPHYR MATTHEW D. SOHITADO HUMSS D ENTREPRENEURSHIP Answer: It would be strategic thinking and adaptability for me. When I anticipated the time of my arrival, I would probably already be formulating several approaches to deal with the problem. I would politely and professionally explain why I'm running late and why they should take it into account as it's due to circumstances beyond of my control.
