FACTS OF THE CASE:
On or about 0700H 01 APRIL 2023, Ormoc Police Station 3 received
information from one informant, Aniceto B. Mata (puto vendor) about a
commotion transpired at the waiting shed of habal-habal terminal in Brgy. San
Isidro, Ormoc City. The victim was identified as Alex L. Villas, 31 years old, single
and a resident of Brgy. San Isidro, Ormoc City, who sustained visible deep cut
wounds believed to be inflicted by a sharp object.
After the incident the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital but died
upon arrival while the suspect is at large and the case is under investigation.

Based on examining the dead body of the victim, it shows that the victim
obtained two visible deep cut wounds inflected by a sharp object. The first wound
is in lower left side of his chest and the second is in the lower right side of his
back.
