WHAT BENEFITS DOES THE COMPANY OFFER
The Dormitory’s will have maximum 4 to 8 people in a room . Rooms contains all
basic facilities including Air Conditioner ,Heater and other facilities in the room will
be provided by company.Company provides food 4 times a day。The company will
provide you a card you have to swap that card and then you can eat for the Varity of
dishes, we also provide Halal dish.
THE CONTRACT TERMS OF THE COMPANY
Our contract term is 18 months. This, I need to tell you, if you don't finish 18 months
of work and leave. It is to be compensated for liquidated damages.The liquidated
damages are the fees you need to pay back and forth, and the company will not
impose any additional fees on you for any reason.The total cost is about RMB
6,000.If the contract expires after 18 months, you can renew the contract. Forthe
renewed contract, you need to apply for termination of the contract 15 days in
advance.
VISA AND PASSPORT
The company will pay your visa renew every month before you leave the
company.Even it over stay period.The company will pay all damaged and over stay
period for you.
VISA AND AIR TICKETING
The cost of verification can only be solved by yourself. The company only
provides air tickets and visas. After arriving in Thailand, the cost of
your trip to our company will be arranged for you by the company
SALARY AND COMMISSION
The basic salary for this position is $830 -$1,500 plus commission.The commission
can rise to $1500 usd depending on the area you are.The Commission is paid at once
when you meet the task of the company.So we have three different plan of
commission. We have commission A ,B AND C.I will further explain everything to you
soon after your interview. After the specific salary is passed through the interview,
the salary package will be determined, and the minimum salary is not less than $830.
It is required to be proficient in English, and (preferably American English) must
have a temperament, giving people the feeling of being an elite in the workplace at
first glance..Pre appointment letter will be issue to you.You will be given a day to
read and understand thier terms and condition before you signed after the interview
