Introductory information
Track & Trace Web is a web based software solution developed by Asseco CEIT, a.s. for the
purposes of data reporting and additional overview of all processed Transport requests from a given site.
This document contains general overview of tabs, functions, and other settings which can user setup in
while logged in.
For installation manual, please refer to CEIT, a.s. Implementation team / IT Support team.

1 Track & Trace Web
1.1 Access and Login
As a web-based SW solution, Track & Trace Web (shortly TAT Web) is accessible via locally
installed web browser. This access method provides more flexibility in server environment and
infrastructure and can be easily modified to customers’ demands. Track & Trace Web is compatible with
browsers such as Mozzila Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Explorer and others. To access the
application the need to use predefined URL which open the Login window of the application. By the
configuration criteria there are several options how the URL can be configured. Below are accessible
URLs for the TaT Web Reporting Service:

After successful loading of the webpage, a dedicated Login window will appear. User options:

CEIT Login – customized username and password
•
Windows Login – predefined username and password from connected server Active Directory

Main menu consists of four main options / tabs to select in the top right corner, these are;

1.2.1 Reports tab
This tab is dedicated to creating automated periodical reports of statistical data visible in Track &
Trace application. The current version of Track & Trace Web supports reporting of AGV Summary data
with graph and table for the customized time period. All customized reports are then sent to predefined
users via email. Recipients can be internal staff of the customer company infrastructure or external email
recipients within limitations, permission and exceptions given by the company email server infrastructure.

New report is created by the + sign in top right corner under the main panel. This button
automatically activates a new windows with customizable options for time periods, email recipients etc.

Track & Trace Web – New report creation
Create new report options:
•
Report name
– Customizable naming of report
•
Report period
– Customizable report time period (shift / day / week)
•
Shift separated
– Options to separate reports between individual work shifts.
•
Recipients
– Customizable email recipients
•
Report types
– Customizable reports (currently only AGV state summary)
New email recipients can be created by the + sign next to Recipients selection. This opens sub
window in the view where the user can put in information of the new recipients. Please be warned that
all 3 section for new recipient must be filled in. Once all data is filled and saved the report will be
automatically shown on the Reports table and sent by the time period to selected recipients. See below:

1.2.2 Transports tab
Tab is specifically designed to store and show all processed Transport request created either by
the SAP system or by users during production. Tab mainly consists of listing of Transports by the given
time period which can be modified at any time by the user. Underlined options in top right corner server
as filters to help user better orient on the table. To select time period user can click the underlined date
range on top of the screen, after clicking a window for date range customization will be visible. See
images below for more information and illustration.

List provides the Transports selection available from the specified date range. Every Transport
can be opened to see its detailed view simply clicking on the desired row will show the details of said
Transport.
Users have the option to export the list to an Excel file, to do so small Excel button is present in
top right corner of the list. See image for illustration.

Logout option in the panel is simple click-to-logout option. Please use this option to quickly close
the application user view. New Login screen will be available to you to log in again with a username and
password.
