Take-off quantities for demolition and site clearance from the attached Drawing No. DOC/QTY/2017.1 as per CESMM3 (Class D).
Notes:
• The site is bounded by a 6 m high concrete wall, a 4 m high concrete wall and a hedge
• All concrete walls are 250mm thick. They are to be demolished.
• Existing brick building must be demolished. The dimensions are 15 m x 4 m x 4.5 m high
• Cooling towers to be demolished – dimensions are: radius = 2.4 m; Height = 6 m
• Existing timber storerooms I and II to be removed - dimensions are: 3 m x 2.5 m x 3.10 m
• Existing pipeline to be removed.
• All trees and stumps to be removed
