RATIONALE:
The project proposal titled "DepEd Stakeholders Convergence cum Division
Partnerships Appreciation" appears to aim at fostering collaboration and
recognition between DepEd- Zambales and its various stakeholders.
The project likely seeks to bring together various stakeholders such as
teachers, administrators, parents, and local communities, to collaborate on
educational initiatives. By converging these stakeholders, it aims to create a more
cohesive and effective education system. Collaboration among stakeholders can
lead to better educational outcomes for students. When everyone involved in the
education process works together, it can result in a more holistic and effective
approach to teaching and learning. The term "Partnerships Appreciation" suggests

OBJECTIVES:
This activity aims to:
1. Foster collaboration and partnership in the filed of education by bringing
together various stakeholders;
2. Facilitate open communication and dialogue between DepEd and its
stakeholders to discuss important educational matters;
3. Involve stakeholders in decision-making processes related to education
policies, programs, and initiatives, allowing their input and feedback to be
considered;
4. Establish sustainable partnerships that go beyond short-term projects and
create lasting positive impacts; and
5. Recognize various stakeholders for their valuable investment in education.

RATIONALE:
The Department of Education (DepEd) has launched the MATATAG Agenda,
which focuses on enhancing the quality of education, improving access, ensuring
the well-being of learners, and support to teachers. This project aligns with DepEd's
priorities.
The project aims to foster collaboration and partnerships among various
stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, private
organizations, and community members, to collectively work towards achieving the
goals of the MATATAG Agenda.
By organizing a Partnership Fair, the project seeks to mobilize resources,
expertise, and support from external partners, which can be critical in addressing
the multifaceted challenges in the education sector. A Partnership Fair provides a
transparent platform for DepEd to engage with stakeholders, discuss its initiatives,
and receive feedback. This promotes a sense of ownership and involvement among
stakeholders. The project intends to empower local communities to actively
participate in education-related initiatives and advocate for the improvement of
their local schools.
By strengthening partnerships and collaboration, this project aims to create
a lasting positive impact on the education system, which will benefit generations of
learners in the Schools Division of Zambales
