L’Halloween Story Book Assignment.
You are going to create a children’s Halloween story book, in the same style as the
“Joyeuse Halloween” book we read and coloured.
Directions:
1. Take 3 sheets of white paper. Cut them in half. Put them all together in one pile and staple the sides
to make a booklet with 6 pages.
2. With those 6 pages, the front will be the cover, then a blank page, then 8 pages of a story, and then a
blank back page.
3. This means your story needs to be 8 pages long, with illustrations on each page.
4. For the story, you will use the verbs etre (to be) and avoir (to have) as well as Halloween vocabulary
that we have learned.
For example: “Nous avons les citrouilles” or “We have pumpkins” and then a picture of several
pumpkins.
5. You must use different pronoun/verb/vocabulary combinations on each page.
