Introduction to Welcome to JobingPRO, our distribution software and applicant tracking system that allows you to directly purchase credits for launching recruitment ads as needed. Our enhanced interface and menu allow you to easily create and track campaigns, review applicant data, and manage your account settings. Job Manager 1. The default home screen in JobingPRO is the Job Manager page which displays current and previous postings for your company. This is the main hub of activity in the system. 2. In addition to the search feature at the top, the option to “turn on” Email Notifications for all account postings appears at the top of the page. Please note, when turning On/Off notifications, you are only controlling your own notifications and not your entire team. You can also turn On/Off Email Notifications at the Job level (shown below). The Job level On/Off will override the Email Notification default toggle at the top of the page. 5/4/22 3. The toggle button to the left (shown below) allows you to turn On/Off an active campaign. *You will only be able to turn on/off your campaign if your user privileges allow. A pop-up will appear to verify if you wish to turn On/Off a campaign. 4. To access the Job Position, click on the job title link. This will take you to the full job posting on the target URL. Sample Posting: 5/4/22 5. The details for the posting are included in the below: A. Total Views will show unique impressions on the job details page. B. Applies shows quick applies where people have submitted through our system. C. ATS Clicks shows how many individuals have been redirected to an your ATS system (if you have one). D. The ability to Edit and Copy a campaign appears to the right but is only available users with these privileges. A. B. C. D. 6. We have covered how existing campaigns will appear on the Job Manager page, but it’s important to note that new postings can also be created by clicking on the Job Posting button at the top of the page or on the menu to the left. Fill the form out and submit. You can now make jobs live in real-time or schedule a posting in advance if you have privileges and credits to do so. 5/4/22 7. You’ve likely noticed a reference to Credits both on the main Job Manager page and also on the Post a Job page shown above. This e-commerce feature contains two important parts: A. Purchased Credits: You can purchase credits for a DRC or jobBlast using the exact pricing we use today. If you want to post, you need to buy credits. Applicants 1. The Applicants page will show the details regarding individuals who have applied for a position with your company. The name, contact info, and resume will be available. You can rate and review within the system with your team OR you can share the resume with teammates that do not have a JobingPRO account. 5/4/22 Subscription 1. The Subscription is a new feature that will display any subscription details or possible subscription plans you may purchase. Be sure to ask your Job News representative about these new options! Team 1. The Team page shows the list of existing members for your account. Existing team members will Invite additional members as needed. To do so, follow the steps below: 1. Click on the green Invite User button. 2. Enter the email address and mobile number of the person you wish to have access to JobingPRO as part of the team. The click Send Invitation. 3. The invitee will receive an email and will need to Accept the Invitation in order to gain access to JobingPRO. They will then be prompted to enter in their personal information. The emails can sometimes go to spam or require whitelisting from your IT department. 5/4/22 4. Please note that an invitation stays active for 14 days. If unaccepted, it expires, but the same user can be re-invited if need be. You may also delete an invitation if there was an error. 5. To remove a team member from your JobingPRO account, please contact your Job News Rep. Analytics 1. The Analytics portion of the platform displays the information relating to digital campaign performance by illustrating ATS clicks (if applicable) as well as Unique Impressions. The Search function will assist you in retrieving data efficiently. 5/4/22
