NOW LET’S DO AN ACTIVITY

Let’s create a healthy balanced meal using real
food, play dough or papers.

Things you need:








1 Plate, 1 Cup
Choose 1 fruit. Example: apple
Choose 1 vegetable. Example: broccoli
Choose 1 of protein source. Example: chicken
Choose 1 carbohydrate. Example: rice
Choose 1 dairy product. Example: yogurt
Put them all on the plate and you can eat them or pretend
to eat them.
Send your picture to your class teacher when you are doing
this  Have fun!
