CAREER OBJECTIVE
To leverage my research expertise in the field of entrepreneurship, to
contribute as a dynamic and insightful PhD visiting faculty member. My goal
is to inspire and empower the next generation of business leaders and
entrepreneurs through innovative teaching, research, and mentorship, while
fostering a collaborative learning environment that encourages critical
thinking and real-world problem-solving. I am committed to advancing the
knowledge base in Entrepreneurship and Management, both through my
own research and by nurturing the intellectual growth of students, ultimately
making a lasting impact on the academic community and the entrepreneurial
ecosystem.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Having 17 years work experience in hardcore technical jobs in public sector
organisation.
RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
Proficient in research area of “Entrepreneurship for Engineers” as evident from
my recent publications. Entrepreneurship for engineers is a much-needed skill
in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape. Engineers are uniquely
positioned to drive innovation and create new ventures, and research in this
field can contribute significantly to both academia and industry.
