Human act is an act done with knowledge, freedom and voluntariness. It is an act
which proceeds from the deliberate freewill of a person. While, act of man is an act done
without knowledge, freedom and voluntariness. It is an act performs indeliberately by man

Science is a relatively complete and systematically arranged body of connected
data together with the causes or reasons by which these data are known to be true. Ethics
is considered as science because it is a complete and systematically arranged body of
data which relate to the morality of human conduct.
3. Explain Morality and why an Act of Man cannot be an object of morality.
Answer:
Morality is the agreement or disagreement of a human act with the dictates of
reason. Morality refers to the set of standards that enable people to live cooperatively in
a group. It is what societies determine to be right and acceptable. However, act of man
cannot be an object of morality because act of man is an act done without knowledge,
freedom and voluntariness. Act of man doesn’t proceed from the dictates of reason for it
simply done without advertence and knowing.
4. Explain the distinction between Ethical and Moral

Ethical is doing what is allowed and not doing the things that are not allowed in our

what is allowed and not allowed is moral. Moral is your own personal perception of what
is right and wrong.

is right and wrong. It helps us create good decisions and actions in life. Through ethics
we are able to have regularity and attain peace in our society. Ethics plays an important
