30 Day Semen Retention Challenge
Welcome to the journey of a lifetime. If you’re reading this, it’s because you either have an
addiction to P**n and want to quit, or you are interested in the benefits of semen retention and are
trying to use it to improve your life in various ways.
The good news is this challenge will help you with both of those things and much more. If you
follow the advice in this document, you’re guaranteed to have success and NOT relapse like 90% of
guys do within the first week. Let’s get started.
General Guidelines
1) Set your intention: Get out a piece of paper and write down the following sentence: “I will complete
30 days of semen retention and will not relapse no matter how much temptation I face.” Yes, actually
do this. No, it’s not stupid. Writing down your goals makes a big difference in life. You are reinforcing
your thought by transferring it into the physical world from your brain through your hand. This simple
step has helped me achieve more milestones in my life than I ever have.
2) Educate yourself on semen retention: Go on google, Youtube, Reddit, etc and actually look into
semen retention and its benefits. Reading a lot of positive things about the goal you are after will
generate dopamine in your brain and make you much more excited to do it, thus increasing your
chances of success.
3) Strengthen your motivation: Think about why you want to complete this challenge and the benefits
you hope to receive.
4) Practice self-awareness: Keep note of any triggers that lead to sexual stimulation. Once you identify
what causes you to feel like relapsing, you can work towards eliminating these temptations.
5) Establish a routine: Create a daily routine that you can follow that includes healthy habits and keeps
you busy. Some examples are regular exercise, 8 hours of sleep, reading, etc. I personally read 2 times
per day, play music, go to the gym, and walk outside of my actual work-related activities.
6) Avoid sexual media: Reduce your exposure to explicit content from Twitter, Instagram, etc. Stay
away from anything that might trigger sexual arousal.
7) Redirect your energy: As you start to feel more energy throughout the challenge, redirect it into
productive activities like creative pursuits, physical exercise, or personal goals you want to achieve.
8) Seek support: If you have friends try to get them to do the challenge with you. If you can’t/don’t
want to do that, watch YouTube videos of other people who have completed this challenge to see how
they progressed. It will help keep you motivated and on track.
9) Be present: Only focus on what you are currently doing. Don’t worry about your next task or what
happened yesterday. This creates unnecessary anxiety and other unwanted emotions. You need to stay
calm and have mental fortitude throughout this challenge and being present will greatly help with this.
10) Strengthen your willpower: Develop strategies to deal with moments of temptation and strong
sexual desire. For example, I had a list of activities I would resort to whenever I felt like relapsing. I
would either immediately get up and go for a walk, go play piano, or call a friend and start a normal
conversation. This helps distract your mind and eventually the urges go away.
Most Common Pitfalls
1) Social media: This is the root cause for most people that fail. Stop scrolling for hours bro. The longer
you stay on social media, the more likely you are to come across provocative content that will increase
arousal and cause you to relapse. Find something better to do with your time.
2) Excessive phone usage: You shouldn’t have a 10 hour screen time every day. Similar to the above
tip, find other activities to do. Life is a lot more beautiful than what’s on your phone. Unless you run a
business and are making money/trying to make money from your phone, you shouldn’t be on your
phone that long.
3) Unrealistic expectations: A lot of people think this is an easy challenge. It’s one of the hardest things
to successfully do as a man. Expect hardship. Expect it to be a little bit miserable. Don’t let this deter
you from completing it though. It’s going to be hard and that’s exactly why it’s worth it. The grass is
much greener on the other side.
Conclusion
Well my friend, you have all the tools you need to complete this challenge. It’s not going to be
easy, but you can do it. If I did it, then anyone can. I am not special. Your self-discipline will be
strengthened every day as time moves. In this moments where you are about to break, just remember
this: the breaking point is what separates winners and losers. If you don’t give in, you level up
exponentially in that moment and you will be much happier afterwards that you pushed through. Semen
retention is a lot like dieting. When the cravings kick in, you will be tempted to eat those cookies. It’s
the same concept. Every time you say no, you get a little bit stronger.
We are men. We don’t want to feel good. We want to feel power. We want to feel strength. Nobody is
stronger than a man who can take a step back and not give in to the desires of his flesh. ALWAYS
choose to feel power and not pleasure. Pleasure destroys your power. It takes away your killer instinct.
It takes away any desire you have to improve any aspect of your life.
You got this bro. See you on the other side.
