Home tab

It is used to add and organise slides for example changing the
layout of a slide , add and organize slides, increasing or
decreasing font size , aligning text ,etc…

Insert Tab

Used to add elements into slides. Example could be images ,
illustrations ; shapes, charts, smart arts , Media , Header and
Footer . Etc…
z
Design tab

Used to add themes or color schemes , customize slide size and
format background.
z
Transitions tab

Used to setup how slides change from one slide to the next and
the timing of the slides.
z
Animations tab

Used to choreograph the movement of elements in slides ,

There are 3 types of animations :
1.
Entrance : Used when an element enters a slide
2.
Emphasize : Used when one wants to further explain and
element
3.
Exit : Used when an element exits the slide

Slide show

Used to set up the way one wants to show their presentation to
the viewers.

Review

Helps in adding comments , run spell checks , set permissions
and review comments

View tab

Allows you to look at your presentation in different ways and
deliver elements like notes and handouts

Contains Slide master command button ; used for consistent
formatting of slides like having consistent font color , font type or
logo on slides.
