Present perfect
It is used to refer to a situation where the action is already over, but the result of that action remains.
Past Participle form of the verb or third form of the verb is used.
E.g.
He has gone to Delhi.
They have passed the test.

Present Perfect Continuous
This present perfect continuous refers to an action that began at some time in the past and is still
continuing.
How to use.
For Singular Subject:
Has been + ing form of the verb.
For Plural Subject
Have been + ing form of the verb.
E.g.
He has been watching cricket for two days.
The have been doing a computer course since 2022.
