Global Corporate Investment Banking Summer Associate Program
The Diverse Perspectives in Banking Summit is a one-day virtual forum that offers first-year MBA students the
opportunity to learn more about a career in investment banking at Bank of America and how to successfully
navigate the application process. While our goal is to target underrepresented groups, all eligible students
regardless of background are encouraged to attend.
During the summit, you will have the opportunity to hear from investment banking leaders, learn more about
our Global Investment Banking Summer Associate Program, and gain insight into Bank of America's
commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
