DISTINCTION SCENARIO One of the targets of the ‘SheerSkill’ coaching programme is to improve the education of young coaches who are taking their first steps on the coaching ladder. This should in the long term have a big impact on both the quantity and quality of those involved in coaching within your School & local community. You aspire to be a sports coach and have been asked to assist ‘SheerSkill’ and explore how coaches have used various skills, knowledge, qualities and best practice successfully. Your task is to produce an information booklet for students looking to begin a career in sports coaching. In your booklet you need to include the following details.
