Research proposal on "The Agricultural Policy in Bangladesh” Course Title: Public Policy Analysis Course Code:402 Submitted To Mr.Md Ikhtiar Uddin Bhuiyan Department of Government and Politics Jahangirnagar University Savar, Dhaka- 1342 Submitted By Ramis Anan Aishe Roll No:2101 Session:2018-2019 48th Batch Department of Government and Politics Jahangirnagar University Savar, Dhaka - 1342 Introduction : Agriculture production in Bangladesh is characterized as traditional subsistence farming. Bangladesh products such as Rice, wheat, corn, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. meat, fish, seafood, and Dairy products. Rice is the main staple in the Bangladeshi diet. Agriculture is the art and science of cultivating the soil growing crops, and raising livestock. It includes the preparation of plant and animal products for people's use and their distribution to market. Statement of problem : Agriculture is the organized and structured growth and harvesting of plants for various purposes. Agriculture has several main components or characteristics. 1. Specialization of agricultural land for specific crops or purposes. 2. Responsible marketing and sales of agricultural harvests 3. Preservation of the land. 4. Facilitation of cultural diversity as different cultures use unique dishes and crops. 5. supply basic raw goods for building and creation materials. Research Objective : The main objective of the agriculture research proposal is to give space to the growth rate of agricultural development and crop production and productivity. Research Question: 1. what is the role of Bangladeshi agricultural formulation and implementation? 2. How Agricultural policies are formulated and implemented by Bangladesh. Research Methodology: Experimental research methods consist of several types: experimental quasi-experimental and pre-experimental design agriculture research is also divided into quantitive and qualitative categories based on the Nature of the data. However the predictive value of such models will remain limited by data quality issues, in complete understanding of the system and ongoing processes of climate, demographic, economic, and agricultural change compilation of available case study data on groundwater from country sources would improve substantially the understanding of ground water level trends in key Agricultural areas. The types of natural Resource problems cannot be treated "globally".The issue is one of finding an appropriate physical and administrative level. The above discussion suggests that rather than attempting to analyze the macro implications of water availability. Research implication: The groundwater data and analytical issues highlighted in the preceding chapters place major limitations on the analysis of the relationship between water and food security. In addition to the relatively straightforward process of locating data sources and documents, this word requires substantial efforts to obtain approval from the government to access the research process undertaken this paper investigates a wide array of material relating to the links between ground water access wields and crop production. However little of this second-level material has been incorporated into this paper because of the core uncertainties relating to the status of groundwater resources. Research Gap : 1. The topic of the proposal is the influence of agricultural policy implementation in all sectors apart from a part. 2. I have collected secondary data that is insufficient to conclude the proposal properly. 3. I took agriculture policy which can make the research proposal more valuable and fruitful. Conclusion : Agriculture has given so much to society but it has its own pros and cons that can't over overlooked. Furthermore, the government is doing its every bit to help in the growth and development of agriculture it still needs to do something about the negative impacts of agriculture.
