Case Background:
In the rapidly evolving landscape of B2B sales, technology and AI have emerged as transformative tools
for businesses seeking to enhance their customer acquisition strategies. Companies are increasingly
leveraging AI to address the pain points associated with identifying and acquiring high-value B2B clients
efficiently.
Problem Statement:
B2B firms face various challenges in their customer acquisition processes. For example, the resourceintensive nature of reaching out to potential clients, providing product demos, and onboarding them.
Every B2B company aspires to collaborate with high-worth clients due to the inherent advantages such
partnerships offer, including long-term business relationships and opportunities for upselling. Similarly,
there exists many such pain points.
Your Task:
In this case competition, your task is to address the following key objectives:

Identify Pain Points in B2B Customer Acquisition: Explore and analyze the pain points
associated with customer acquisition in the B2B sector. While the case provides one example,
your team should identify additional pain points that B2B firms encounter during the acquisition
process.
Research Existing Solutions: Investigate the existing solutions and technologies that B2B
companies are currently using to mitigate the identified pain points. Understand the strengths and
limitations of these solutions.
Find White Spaces: Identify gaps or "white spaces" where existing solutions fall short or fail to
fully address the pain points. These are areas where innovative AI-powered solutions can make a
significant impact.
Design an AI-Powered Solution: Develop a comprehensive AI-powered solution that effectively
tackles the pain points in B2B customer acquisition. Your solution should leverage AI and
technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and success rates in acquiring high-worth clients.

This case competition challenges participants to think innovatively and devise AI-driven strategies that
can reshape the way B2B firms acquire high-value clients, ultimately driving business growth and

AI-Quest is open to all students at all B-Schools PAN India, across all years of study and specializations.

Team Formation Guidelines
1. There should be 3 members in each team.
2. Cross-campus teams are not allowed. Participants in the same team should be from the same
college.
3. Any changes to the team constitution will not be allowed post-registration.
4. There is no upper limit to the number of teams from a campus.
5. A student cannot be part of more than one team
Competition Structure:
1. Round - 1: It is a multiple-choice quiz testing your knowledge of Fundamentals of AI and
technology understanding. Teams will be scored based on the total of the points they earn for
each correct answer and the time of submission in case there is a tie.
2. Round - 2:
a. The case study can be accessed once the round is live.
b. The solutions must be uploaded on the Unstop platform in the format that is mentioned in
the case study.
c. The submission of the idea(s) should be made in not more than 3 slides (excluding cover
slides and annexures).
d. Submission should be made in PDF format.
e. Any submission made post the deadline will not be accepted for evaluation.
f. The presentation should NOT include the college names.
3. Round - 3 (Finales): Top teams will be invited on campus at ISB Hyderabad for in-person
presentations
a. These teams will have to submit a detailed PPT of max. 8 slides (excluding cover slides
and annexures) with innovative ideas and problem-solving based on insights from the
last round.
b. Submission to be made in PDF format.
