ABOUT BERNWOOD TOWER
Soon to rise as a 15-storey residential and
commercial condominium building located in the
university belt of Iloilo City, Bernwood Tower will
compose of 379 units and a variety of commercial
spaces on the ground floor. On its topmost level will
be the Penthouse floor, which will provide a space
for the pavilion, an infinity pool, and gym for unit
owners to enjoy.

LOCATION
The 15 storey residential/commercial
condominium building is located inside Dona
Aurora Subdivision, Brgy. Villa Anita in Iloilo

BERNWOOD
There will be 379 residential units in Bernwood Tower Iloilo,
including 26 two-bedroom units and 353 studio type units.
Every one of these units comes with free air conditioner
slots, hot and cold showers, keycard door access, floor tiles,
a kitchen counter, a cabinet, and full bathroom accessories.
On its ground floor, there will be commercial space for
businesses such convenience stores, laundromats, coffee
shops, restaurants, internet shops, and men's and women's
salons, among others. The pavilion, infinity pool, and gym
will all be located in the penthouse for the benefit of the unit
owners. The building's general amenities and features
include a 24-hour front desk, an elevator, 24-hour CCTV in
all common spaces, and valet parking.
