This part introduces the lesson content. One principle in learning is that learning occurs when it is conducted in a pleasurable and comfortable atmosphere. During your Intramurals, what sports did you play? What do you think is the benefits you get from those sports? How sports help us in terms in our health? Analysis Abstraction Learners Activities: Group reporting: The learners will discuss the history and benefits of the sports as well as the zumba fitness dance. Group the class into 3 and let the learners play the following: Application Group 1 Badminton Group 2 Volleyball Group 3 Zumba Fitness Dance After they played, ask them what benefits they got in playing those sports?
