1. You are very lucky to have the access to almost unlimited knowledge and you should appreciate
that.

Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself and practice self-compassion.
Connect with loved ones: Make time for the people in your life who bring you joy and support you.
Read 20 pages: Set a goal to read at least 20 pages each day to stimulate your mind and expand
your knowledge.
Engage in hobbies: Set aside time to do things you enjoy, whether it’s painting, hiking, or playing an
instrument.
