FOOD SAFETY POLICY
We at Villa Ocean View hotel is committed to:
 Implementing and continuously improving a sound food safety
management system as per ISO 22000:2005 standard to ensuring safe
food for our guest
 Following all principles to identify, evaluate and control food safety
hazards at each step from receipt of raw ingredients to the food at the
table.
 Ensuring that it is the responsibility of all employees to follow the plant
& personal hygiene, sanitization and pest control requirements.
 Ensuring that the effectiveness of the food safety management system is
maintained through regular training of employees and verification
system.
 Training and developing its staff on all acceptable food safety
legislations and ensuring code of practices are implemented and
complied with.
 Complying with all the applicable regulatory requirements.
This policy is communicated and understood by all levels of employees
in the organization.
