These exercises require the user to move their own joints through their full range of motion on their own, without help. Active ROM exercises are good for older persons because they lower the likelihood of joint contractures and improve functional independence. General Objective: After this teaching session, the patient will be able to successfully distinguish the Active ROM exercises for elderly and apply it on their daily living. Specific Objectives: 1. Cognitive After a 10-minute teaching session, the patient will be able to name at least 3 Active ROM exercises for elderly. 2.
